Comment: I don't know if anyone noticed this, but if you go to C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM you will see a DVD Player application. The only thing is there are no drivers installed. Does anyone know where to get them. Thanks.

Reply: (edit)That player will only work if you have a hardware decoder card installed for your DVDROM drive or you have pre-installed a software DVD player (i.e. PowerDVD or Intervideo WinDVD) that install the ASPI components. You can then use the software DVD application player or the Windows DVD player.

Reply: (edit)My software DVD works (QI Cinemaster) but the Windows DVD player does not. The problem is that when I insert a DVD disk it automatically tries to open Windows DVD player and then it locks up. I have to reboot and click on Cinemaster to view the DVD.
