I have a LG CD/RW that used to run great. It runs at 12x/8x/32x. I use ECDC. whenever i try to buren or copy something it says that errors occured. the errors are always a buffer under run. why is this happening. can someone help me fix this

Some things to try-

Try different software.

Dont multitask while burning.

Save an image of the CD to the hard drive as opposed to buring disk to disk directly.

Put the drives on different IDE channels.

Also check for hidden Spyware_AD-ware running in the background causing problems. Use AD-Aware_v6.

Make sure you have the current updates for your version of ECDC from the ROXIO.COM site.

my dad had this problem, you need to close all running software and programs and then burn at the lowest possible speed.
