please help me, whenever i try to change my homepage it keeps on putting me back on about:blank, and while on that its at a search site, ive tried it all spybot, adaware, norton, but i cant seem to get rid of it, also when i tried norotn it coul;dnt get rid of cydoor how do i do that, as well as in spybot DSO exploit keeps on showing up, then in adaware it keeps on showing possible hijack of browser but never removes it, then it also shows Claria, and DyFuca but cant get rid of those help me

Sounds like you have an old backlevel of both Spybot S&D and Ad-Aware, and that their reference files have not been updated recently, as they should take care of everything except the About:Blank Home Search browser hijacker. If you do not have Spybot is at version 1.3 and Ad-Aware is now Ad-Aware SE, you may not be getting updates. To get rid of About:Blank you need a tool like About:Buster v3.0 to run first. See: page for links to these programs and basic instructions.

do a virus scan with avg then ad aware 6.0 make sure both programs are updated. Then download hijack this and follow the link which is given by Bob (by BigBob), of course you can also make educated guess on which to delete since most of the lines (use the program and you will know) if you use your comp for long enough you will just simply know which are the good files which are not. Lastly after deleting those lines, right click on your explorer then choose properties and change your homepage...because you won't want to remove those vile things from your comp and then go to the freaking homepage again by double clicking the explorer lol. WHOA MY COMP SUCKS
