I am running Windows ME (i know, probably the main problem) and running 2 comps over a wireless network. The connection on both of them works fine for the first 10-20 mins, then the browser +NOT THE CONNECTION+ freezes. I can still play online games or check my mail through outlook. It is JUST the browser that stops functioning, i cannot even look up my router through it. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape; they all freeze.
Win Me, Belkin Wireless modem & router.
Anyone got any ideas?

You could be having trouble with Spyware.

Go to www.majorgeeks.com and click on Spyware tools, and D/L the following and use them to clean up your PC.

Adaware SE
Spybot Search and Destroy
Hijackthis
CWShredder

They are all free and should clean you up nicely.

If still having trouble. Do a repair of IE.
Go to add/remove programs and choose to remove IE and you should get an option to repair it.
I would also D/L Mozilla 1.0 as an alternative browser before repairing IE in case things go wrong, you will still be able to browse the internet.

Good Luck.
