Look for a utility like HJSplit, or use WinZip to span it across multiple floppies. WinRar and WinAce will also do this I think.

if you mean like into different songs
it depends on the software you have.
a Wave player should do
then just cut copy and pastes to a new wave player window.
Nero has a wav player and Creative sound cards have one too.
