boot up error mssg

hello.. I have got an error upon boot up on my PC.. the mssgs appear like this.. Vortex Dos Audio Driver(3.007) Error 48: Bios PnP hasn't configured sound chip Set PnP OS to NO in bios set up.
When I tried to configure the set up my sound blaster will got loss..so ireturn back the original set up & got that mssg again...
hello shut computer off. remove sound card ground your self to bare part of computer fram to kill static. make sure computer is unpluged allso.after removeing card put side cover back on reboot.shut computer back off,install soundcard reboot goto add new hard ware. use wizzerd. have a nice day
