How can I remove a boot sector virus from a new hard drive, I have tried fdisk /mbr, debug, reformat, new install, f-prot and Norton Antivirus but its still there.. help>>>

hello by say its it the master boot record i mean the one windows replaces the fdisk /mbr one with if thats infected it will just keep replaceing its self. not sure if you can eddit it out or not
