A colleague keeps forgetting to disable Active X and Downloads in Internet Explorer-tools after using my computer,
Is there a way to block access to "Security"
in Internet Options?

go to desktop you see theres a symbol of internet you go to your mouse arrow there and right click on the symbol then go to security and enable them or prompt them
