I can not get to the Windows Update web page. I should say that when I get there all it shows is a plain white screen. It shows "document done". The same thing happens when I try to start System Restore. It opens but its just a plain white screen. I have a 4 month old Gateway with plenty of everything on it. Also when in Word and trying to access clipart from the web - I get there OK but it doesn't do anything when I hit search.
Summary: why do I get a blank screen at startup with a mouse cursor and nothing else about every third startup - is it to with video driver or what ?? seems to be okay after a re set, but then a few days late...
Summary: hi... my win-ME went blank screen after I downloaded and installed the games from internet. I need you favour to fix my problem....anyone? many thanks. ...
