Sometime you turn the computer,it will process to desktop, taskbar and icons then pause and then you will get black screen with green bar extending at top of the screen. I have CPU 650 MHZ, Memory size 512MB, video card NVIDA RIVA TNT2 M64 and I did change different video still not help.
Any one know the problem in system.

update the drivers for your TNT2 M64 to the latest version - if that still doesn't fix it, or you already are running the latest drivers then install the last full driver release (6.0). The problem you are having is most likely caused by old or buggy drivers.

try this...
Double click on the AOL desktop icon in order to launch the AOL logon screen.
Before logging on, click on the "My AOL" icon located on the menu bar at the top of the screen.
From the drop down list that appears, click on "preferences".
Click on the icon that has the letters "WWW" under it. This will open the AOL "Internet Properties" dialogue box.
Click on the "Web Graphics" tab.
Remove the check from the box beside "use compressed graphics".
Click OK.
Close the "preferences" window by clicking on the "X" located in the top right-hand corner...
seems to be an aol thing...
