i bought the logitech webcam for messenger yesterday. it installed fine and dandy with no problems and my computer rebooted to make the changes. so at this point everything is working fine and i am watching myself on cam...
if i restart my computer after that...some message comes up about my computer has detected new hardware and i should restart to my computer..it gives me the option yes or no.
the first time, i clicked yes and after it restarted, i got all these error messages and the one that kept coming up was explorer has caused an error. and something was preventing me from connecting to the internet. the only thing i could do was uninstall the cam and system restore my computer to an earlier date.
so i tried the whole thing again and when the option came up again about restarting my computer to install the new hardware, i clicked no instead... the same thing happened.
the problem i think is with my computer an not the webcam. i could really use some help.

are you using the driver tht came on the cd? if so, download a newer one from logitech's site. you might also search their faq
