BackWeb is a technology for downloading programs without you knowing about it. ZoneAlarm is a FireWall program that block and check for Worms and Trojans trying to connect to/from your system. Hijacking is altering your browser so it goes places you don't want it to go. See Spyware_AD-ware site for more information.
