Error 1905, or error 1805?

You may not have enough space on your D:\System_Save partition to store the new image. If you have old images on that partition, you might want to delete them before creating a new one, or you could try changing the default image file size like from 50 MB to 500 MB.

The problem has been solved by looking in the D:\Data\EN\ Directory of the System Save partition. All of the files that are called USER (they should start with USER.001 and end with USER.PQI), can be deleted. That will free up space on the System save partition, and allow the creation of another system save without the system asking to resize the partition.

Also, might try changing the default image file size by finding the file D:\CPQS\PQR.INI and changing the line:
SpltAmt="50000000" to SpltAmt="500000000"
(50MB to 500MB in the example above)
