ATX Form Factor ??

my PC's Case is ATX Form Factor

can i fit a MICRO-ATX form factor Mainboard in there ?? i.e. would the casing's screw holes line up with the Micro-ATX Mainboard's holes ??

Yes.
Form factor micro ATX is backward compatible with ATX. In other word, has identical power connector and screw holes layout.
