arcsoft photoimpression woes

hello shortly after installing arcsoft photoimpression my system would hang on shutdowns and restarts.uninstalling the software has cured the problem.has anyone had a similar experience with this software and if so was there a workaround?thank you
hello you can still use arcsoft.but to prevent its shut down hangs you must manualy shut every thing off befor useing start, shut down. to do so right click on every thing in the right hand task bar chose close. next click ctrl,alt,delete,close every thing but system tray and explorer. than do normal shut down. if this does not work. you have a soft ware conflict with previuse soft ware program. goto acksoft home page and check on knowen ishues. have a nice day
