AOL freezes

I have Windows ME and my ISP, AOL, keeps freezing and when I am downloading music using a software/program called "AUDIOGALAXY SATELLITE". I have to do "ctrl alt del" to close aol and where it shows the error "AOL NOT REPONDING being". I contacted aol to fix the problem but there is nothing they can do. CAn you help. THX.

Click start, right click AOL, click AOL system info, click on utilities, click clear browser cache, click uninstall adapter, it will reboot, may say it is updating your files with a grid, reboot again to be on safe side, this should do the trick, also before doing same, go to start, run and typ tapiini and run same.

Why on earth would you use AOL????
You might want to get a program called ad-aware and check for any spyware on your system. If I remember correctly...doesn't AudioGalaxy contain spyware?
