hi my norton ativirus seems to not be gatting updates it says that it has been unistall but i i have not unistall this part of norton antivirus i have alos unistall and reistall but nothing what should i do,

What version of Norton? What version of "live update"(listed in add/remove programs)? What setting of "live update" do you use, interactive or express? This option is listed in the control panel under the Norton Icon. If you are using 2003 NAV or less, uninstall and get and then use the removal tool rnav.2003 to remove all traces of Norton. Then you can reinstall NAV.

i have norton 2003 it says it says norton live update has been unistall.
i have try reisntalling it but nothign any ideas would be appreciated it
