Some versions of Windows will attempt to adjust the capitalization of files and folders that are in all uppercase to make them more visually pleasing. For example, if you create a folder named "C:\ALLINCAPS" Windows will actually display it as "C:\Allincaps". This feature can be disabled using this tweak.

Open your registry and find the key below.

Create a new DWORD value, or modify the the existing value, called "DontPrettyPath" and set it to equal "1" to display the file using their original capitalization or "0" to adjust the caps.

Restart Windows for the change to take effect.

Registry Settings:
Key: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced]
Value Name: DontPrettyPath
Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)
Data: (0 = adjust caps, 1 = show caps)
