Agfa Scanwise 1.0.0.8 software problem

Hi,
I have an agfa Snapscan 1212u Scanner and Agfa Scanwise version 1.0.0.8 The combination has worked great then i haven't scanned for a while and now it crashes every time it finishes the preview scan of a picture. It doesn't crash if there is no picture though, which is strange. And somtimes it doesn't crash but the next time i run it i does and says something about gdi.exe and then explorer crashes and the rundll.exe or whatever it is. I have Windows ME, i've tried reinstalling and restarting to no avail. Any ideas?

I had the same problem a while back. I went to the Agfa site and downloaded a newerv ersion of the software for the scanner . Try :http://support.agfa.com/support/swDownload1.jsp
