i accidently clicked on a malicious file and now i get pop ups once every couple minutes
i tried spybot, didnt seem to work
i use zone alarm spyware remover no help

i also installed the dvd copier program i wonder if it had adware with it

i keep seeing these file "MUVBVM50.DLL" in my windows/system folder.
its read only even if i remove the read only attribute i still cant delete it
and it seems to replicate these files with the same file size 222kb and date with all bunch of differnt names "ITAGXPR5.dll" and many others
and if i end task on rundll32, and then i can delete those other files but NOT the MUVBVM50.dll
and when i hit CTRL ALT DEL thers no EXPLORER there
only a RUNDLL32 if i end task this comes back a minute later
my windows/temp folder fills up with some tmp files as well and the c:\temp

"TSA " is in my add remove programs window
when i try to uninstall it i this the pop ups come back
and in my windows/ system folder
i had a folder before in program files/common files OROZ and similar files/folders with thatn ame like orozp

the link that it goes sometimes is called www.A-D-W-A-R-E.com with a bunch of numbers after it. sometimes or a few other differnt sites
it opens up on my netscape( thats my default browser)
i tried to get into safemode
the RUNDLL32 is still in my tasks when i CTRL ALT DELETE and when i end task it comes back a minute later
i even tried a boot disk but when i looked in the windows/system folder at the dos prompt before windows stars the MUVBVM50.dll isnt there
is this spyware? a virus? trojan? adware?

how can i fix this problem ?PLEASE HELP!

Have you tried searching on Google for the MUVBVM50.DLL?

There are a few hits, leading to HiJackThis logs - might take a look at those.

ok i got it thank you i used KILLBOX
it seems to be a very nifty little program that wil delete any file even read only or windows protected in memory when some of the nastier viruses, trojans, adware spywares out there that do that

it worked great!
thanks a bunch
once i deleted it the computer went completely back to normal ( for now)
explorer appeared again in ctrl alt del
thank you again

That's great, I'm glad you were able to fix things - those logs looked pretty hairy, but likely other malware was also involved.
