I purchased a used computer that has a supervisor password I need to delete in order to edit Content Advisor (IE 6) to pay a bill online. Deleting ratings.pol and deleting the ratings folder in the registry did not work. Now I get a message stating, "This user acct does not have permission to save your changes. You must log on with an Administrator Account to Modify Content Advisor settings." How do I do that?

There's a content advisor password removal program here that may work:

You could use another browser. Personally, I'd reload the machine. I wouldn't want to use a computer that someone else had. You never know what might be hiding on it..

I'd boot with a live CD and delete whatever you wish without running Windows.
Anyone who works on computers should have a collection of live CDs.
