I think I messed something up in my Windows ME. Add/Remove Programs works just fine...unfortunately, Windows Setup in Add/Remove Programs won't add or remove any components. Any ideas?
What did you do to make this happen (since you suspect you may have done something to cause this)? Do application install programs work ok? Try installing any software that requires the use of an install program to test the Windows installer is working.
What happens if you do try to add/remove Windows Components? Do you get any errors?
Last resort is a system restore back to the point where you could add/remove components I guess...
