Add/Remove Program list Empty

If this is a recent occurance (within four or five days), use scanreg /restore through the run command dialogue and restore the registry to a date before the problem started. End tasks using ctrl+alt+del of everything except explorer and systray before running the command.

Has a space after the scanreg command and before the /fix switch.
