My computer keeps freezing from page to page where i can't open them, when i hit ctrl-alt-delete they are always not responding, this is becoming very very aggravating as it happens all the time like every 5 minutes, also when i ran PC doctor, it told me i had 42 problems with activeX, it tells me this;
activeX/com file section of your registry refers to one or more invalid files, it also found the same 42 problems in activeX/com subsection file
can you help me please>?

Norton SystemWorks 2002 Pro found problems in the reg on my PC and fixed them all. For me, Windows became unstable after 5 or 10 mins of use.

You can run this program directly off of the disc but it can't make a back-up unless it's installed before running.
You can back-up the registry first using Windows but someone else will have to tell you how thats done because when I did it, it seemed too easy!!

You can find NSW 2002 quite cheap because there is 2003 & 2004 versions out now.

More info to follow.......

Run the System Tools - Disk CleanUp utility and be sure to check the "Downloaded Program Files". (Check all listed.)

Then see the changes in Fix ME
