I've tried to recover my computer since it's been messing up and it won't work. I'll put in the disk and the "A" drive won't read it. It'll start making noise like it's starting to read it, but then it'll stop and do nothing. All the screen says is "Unknown flash" something.

Tyrelle, is it possible that you need some sort of Macromedia Flash Plugin or reader that you don't have?

"I'll put in the disk and the "A" drive" what disk ? with the error message sounds like you put in a disk containing a wrong bios flash program, not a normal boot disk.
