'98 to Me

I'm fed up with Me and want to install '98. My computer I purchased 11/00, Gateway Pentium III, 800 MHz, 64 MB Ram, came with Me preinstalled. Along with all of the restoration CD's for Me, was a "Windows '98 for PC's without Windows" CD. Can I format my HD and install the aforementioned '98 CD? The "for PC's without Windows" confuses me.
Summary: Can anyone tell me if I'm likely to run into any major compatibility/driver etc problems upgrading 98 to Me? And is it worth it overall? Is Me much stabler than 98? ...
Summary: if 98 works stay with it, depends on your computer. make sure it can handle ME. i have upgraded 3 computers from 98 to ME and they all work fine, current applications stay fine too....
