Are any of you familiar with this company?
I purchased their ad blocker and I can't get it to work, nor can I get their tech support to respond. Thanks.<

Hello,
I purchased the registryrepair pro yesterday (April 19, 2004). Ad Blocker was packaged with it free. At first I could not get the registryrepair to work so I went back to the site to do a re-download. Information needed to do this should be on the purchase confirmation email the co sent to you. My re-download was successful and it works fine. Ad Blocker has always worked. Hope this helps. I have not had any experience with the tech dept. Good luck.

You were lucky!
I bought the registry repair application (XP)and it ruined my registry. I could not open windows after it ran and had no choice but to completely reinstall Win XP (and countless other applications) which took nearly a week.
Apart from the refund (a legal requirement) I was unable to obtain a single response from 3b despite numerous pleas for some technical help.
I would not buy anything from these cowboys in the future and would strongly recommend everyone else do likewise.

BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. I purchased their registry repair pro & windows clean-up pro.
I've tried for over a month to get a Username & Password so I can get updates (which I paid extra for) but to no avail. I was going to give them another 24hrs but after reading the number of complaints my notice has changed...

I am having the same problems mentioned above, software that doesn't work, no support, and even found that their software is loaded with virus's (21 according to PC Doctor's software.)
How can I get a refund in this type of situation?STAY AWAY FROM 3B PRODUCTS!!!

Again-Buy at your own risk! Purchased Registry repair pro 1/2/06. Trial version kept running even after purchase. Tech support said to uninstall & re-download. All that was required is order number. Been waiting 4 days now. At first wasn't concerned because of the holidays. (They say typical response time is 1 day). Now I've seen same problem here. Think I'll try another registry fix.
