depends on the motherboard. how many slots? 2-3 or 4? gotta look it up at the manufacturers website. The system specs should say something like expandable to 256 or 512 or 768 etc.

Thanks i found it now i got another question if i take out the old 64 ram and replace it with 2 128 will i lose every thing i have saved??? Forgive me if i ask silly questions but i'm new at this Thanks Jeanie

If you mean stuff on your hard drive, changing the RAM will NOT affect the data. BUT - bear in mind that the new RAM may choose not to work with your motherboard - so don't go giving away your old RAM until you know the new RAM is working okay.

The clock speed of your CPU (which you measured be at 366 MHz) has absoultely nothing to do with the amount of RAM you can install on the said machine- absolutely nothing. What you want to tell us is what kind of chip it is; since this is a Windows forum I'm gonna assume its an Intel Pentium (or compatible) chip - which means it will recognize up to 4GB (~ 4000MB) of random access memory; but your motherboard likely has a few features, like the number of slots, that will lessen that figure significantly.
