is there anyway i can make the 1st screen that comes up when i restart my pc to stay on screen for more than a couple seconds so i can check some system info?
Also, is there anyway to find my microsot key for the ME i am running, within the system i mean? thanks

Can't help you with the first question, but I can with the second. For all the information you'll ever need about your computer, download Aida32.

Many mobos allow a key to pause the boot screen. Mine is TAB. You can also try PAUSE.

Aida32 is great, but all you need to do is search the registry for "product key" to find it.
