I don't know what rom is?
Tryed remove both cd-roms same error.
Tryed remove the memory one at a time same error(got 512 mem(2 mem stick).I can get into safemode,all looks the same to me.
All i need to know is how/what(Replace ROM)..

ROM = Read Only Memory
In this case, it probably refers to the CMOS (BIOS) chip. Try clearing the BIOS, then run thru all the settings & correct them again. You *may* simply need to replace the CMOS battery.

I never change anything in BIOS,(clearing the BIOS).I did at the start of the error i set it to default and save.
Anyway i remove a battery from one pc thats works to this one and same error.I not to good at this kind of stuff,i can install cards,memory,usb,win95,98,me,xp stuff like that,But i never got into bios/cmos before aways left it to default.

"But i never got into bios/cmos before aways left it to default"
Default BIOS settings are generic...they are meant to get the system up & running, or used as a fallback point if there's a problem. They are generally NOT meant to be used "permanently". The performance difference between a properly configured BIOS & "default settings" can be as much as 25-30%. That being said, your HP/Compaq BIOS probably isn't very "tweakable", but still, the setting options should be reviewed & adjusted to best work with the hardware you're running.
According to the link you posted, error message 101 means "Replace ROM or Replace System Board", so it's possible your motherboard is failing.
What about the beep code? Are you getting "1 long, 2 short" or no beeps at all?

None no beeps.
On the page the error is
(101 - I/O ROM Error)IO Output/Input right.
ROM Read Only Memory.
