If you have a Yahoo! account you can test html code there too. Go to Yahoo mail, sign in, click on compose, click on html tags allowed, type or paste your message, and click on html preview.

For learning HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL, MS .NET, etc. and more, this free site is good. Step by step instruction, built in test bed, and more. www.w3schools.com Learn HTML from W3Schools Good place to learn and practice. But not a good quick referance on how to do things. Wish I had time to learn it all.
