Save the zip file to your hard drive. Then download winzip from www.winzip.com. Use winzip to extract the zip file.

Once winzip is installed just double click the file and winzip will open, then extract it to where you won't. choose the classic option of winzip when you install it.

WinZip is a Shareware product. There are *plenty* of Freeware compression utilities. Check any freeware site and you'll find a large selection of programs for working with .zip files.
My favorite sites are: Nonags, OnlyFreeware, FreewareHome, and Son of Spy Freeware. These are top-quality sites that do *not* distribute Spyware or shareware.

FreeZip is free and very basic. If you do not have a lot of need for a zip utility then this is good.
If you want something very good and free then go for PowerArchiver version 6 when the site comes back up. Versions above 6 are not free. If you use this go for the custom install to avoid seeing PowerArchiver everywhere you look on your PC.
