I'm getting the following error when I try to run a xcopy batch file:

insufficient memory

I'm copying several directories over our network from one server to another. The path looks like this:

xcopy /v /e /y /i /c /h /k "d:\students\*.*" "f:\students"

Can anyone help me?? Thanks!!
