wsock 32 dll error

whenever I shut down my computer an error message stops the shut down saying "wsock32 dll error at 017f:10005c9f" I thought zonealarm was doing this and removed it but it still happens.Anybody know how to help with this?

If you haven't run an antivirus scan recently, or don't scan attachements, you may have the Hybris virus which modifies the wsock32.dll file.

and enter HYBRIS in the search field. There are about 10 variations now.
