cute ???. i never saw a post go to 94 before. i just lost my word pad on everything when i installed office 2000 and uninstalled it again. so i went to control panel/add remove programs/windows setup. unchecked word pad. clicked apply. then checked word pad and clicked apply and now it is back. how hard is that to do?

...that's odd, when I reloaded Wordpad, it prompted me for my Windows CD. I loaded it from there using Add/Remove.
...anyway, T, you're right. I think that 94 responses must be an all time record. Do you think they were for real or what?

If you run your "SFC" ,system file check, (win 98), you can restore it from your c/windows/options/cabs, so you don`t need your disk.
