Word: Auto Recovery Save files--
What is the meaning of Times “Created” & “Modified" ?I would like to understand the meaning of Times “Created” & “Modified” [under properties] for Auto Recovery Save files = .asd files.
Does “Time Created” refer to that moment of automatic saving [every 10 minutes] ? ;
or to the time when Word is first opened [after a bad shutdown]?
or the time when the user opts to save the recovered doc?
-------------------
Similarly, What does “Time Modified” mean? Modified by me or the PC?

I’m trying to get a Chronology of events leading to my PC breakdown to see if there was a power glitch….or to understand what happened to create & modify the Auto Recovery files as chronicled in the log below.I don’t know why there are so many AutoRecovery saves: 5 saves in just 2 days!
--These aren’t the 10-min saves or there would be many more.PS: I don’t think Word or the PC was improperly shut down.
----
ITEM #2 was “modified” immediately after it was created,
but Items #3 & #4 were modified many hours later--
somehow by Scandisk’s scheduled start up.
