Hello:
(Running Win '95) When I launch IE 4 or Navigator 4.07, I get a "program" that launches with my browser called WNetGetUser Returned; clicking on program in tray bar reveals a dialogue box with cryptic message and OK button. Modem will not initiate until OK is selected. Very frustrating. Thanks in advance for any advice on eliminating this.

It is a problem with IE 4. Try reinstalling it or maybe try IE 4.01.
