G'day Alan, try the link below and download the dMC-r3.exe, this is dbPower Music Converter [previouly known as Music Shuffler] and will convert .wav,.mp3 and .wma formats to each other.

The original site that make this proggie, illustrate.org, is under reconstruction and it wouldv'e explained it better, so you're stuck with me instead.
I think there was also a CD plug-in for it too somewhere.
