Ok so here is the delema. I have an old IBM laptop that came with WIN 95 on it originaly, SO I upgraded to WIN 98 SE. Everything works fine. But now when I go to install my wireless notebook card windows is not able to locate the correct drivers. The card is the belkin wireless g model F5d7010. I have installed there software and told windows to look through the whole hard disk on the computer to find the correct drivers and nothing. I have been trying to get this to work for almost 6 months with no luck. Im not an expert but do now most things and this has me stumped. I also installed IBM's software to allow me to use cardbus and changed the irq to 10 and 4 with no luck. The computer reads the card but no drivers. Can someone help?

Michael

When I go to the device manager then performance the listing for pc cards(pcmcia) says 32bit, but if the computer is older and had a 16bit would windows 98 say its 32 even if it was only 16 or would it say 16bit

http://www.wardrive.net/drivers/belkin

and scroll down a little to resource/access the assorted generations of drivers for the card?

Then install them accordingly?

The version 6.0 link takes you to:

http://www.belkin.com/support/downl...

There you can also get the latest manual etc...

http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/s...

is the Lenovo (IBM as is now...) site for current/latest drivers for the laptop itself. Perhaps also visit there and download/install latest laptop drivers?
