I'm confused mainly about the broadband. Can dial up internet connection be wirelessly networked or does all wireless network stations need broadband internet connection or do they not have sh** to do with each other. Thanks in advance

Wireless and broadband are two different things.

A dial up connection can be networked with or without wires.

Connect you wirless access point to the network card of the computer that has the modem and get the network working. Then set up Internet connection sharing across the wireless network. Not a lot different than using a wired network.

If you mean can you network a dial up via router, well yes you can, if you can find a dial up router. I have only ever seen one and it was horrendously expensive.
