I have a Win95 Dell laptop with a Pentium(r) and 24 megs of memory. The System Properties reports the PCMCIA slot as 32bit.
What are the chances that it actually is 32bit? If so, can I still get a wireless card for it? I have not yet purchased one.

Would probably work IF the card has Win95 drivers.
You can avoid many of these Windows problems with Linux. Linspire eases the transition for new users

Even though Windows reports it as 32-bit, there is a good chance that the laptop is really 16-bit. I have a lot of old Compaq Armada 4100 series Pentium 1 laptops that are only 16-bit.
If it actually is 32-bit, you can use any card that has Win95 drivers.
If it is actually 16-bit, there are still wireless adapters available, but they are all 802.11B, not 802.11G. I use a US Robotics USR 2410 on the Compaqs. There are others available.

If Wile Coyote had enough money for all that Acme crap, why didn't he just buy dinner?
