Winword.exe errors

When I try to use the Tool button, this is the error that I get. I want to use the "word count" function, but I cannot get there to do so. Hope you all can help.

WINWORD caused an invalid page fault in module WINWORD.exe at 017f:30395c27. Registers: EAX=00000034

You're going to have to reinstall the Word program again or install Office again if you don't know how.

You can check microsoft.com for help, but this is probably the safest and easiest way.
