Winword causes a GPF in GDI.exe

Please help. When I get an attached Word file to an e-mail from one particular person in my office (everyone else is OK) I get a GPF fault in Word (version 7) in module GDI.exe at 0026:000012e6. Only files from this one person have this result. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

Sit down with someone that sends a good e-mail to you and see how or what they do when they send it. Then sit down with your friend and see what the difference is. Sounds like some sort of inter-office prank or could be their program is buggy. Or tell them to send it in plain text and see if the problem stops.
