hi i have a labtop that only has a floppy drive and i have a reagular desktop that has a cd rom drive can someone please tell me what files go in to what floppy disk number so i can put it in my labtop? please email me or write back on here. Thanks,Matt

You can take the hard drive on the Laptop and connect it to the Desktop using a 2.5 to 3.5 hard disk drive adapter, found here: http://www.compgeeks.com/details.asp?invtid=HD-108 It may also be available locally, at a PC shop. You will save yourself a heap of work.

Make a folder on your laptop and call it something like WIN95 (preferably on a separate partition). Use Winzip or similar to make a spanned archive of the installation files onto floppies (first delete any files larger than 1.63MB, there not needed). Unzip the floppies to the WIN95 folder and run setup from there.
