TRY TO RELOAD WINDOWS98 WILL NOT LOAD MISSING FILE VSHINIT.VXD, HOW DO I GET WINDOWS BACK UP AND RUNNING. CANNOT FIND A FILE IN REGESTER EITHER WAS GOING THAT WAY MISSING FILE REGEDT32 MACHINE CANNOT FIND THE FILE email d805b614@yahoo.com

Vshinit.vxd is a McAfee VirusScan file. It shouldn't be necessary to allow Windows to load.

Not clear what you mean by "cannot find file in register". Are you trying to remove the registry entry?.

We need more info on what exactly you are doing - Windows overlay? When does this happen?

Avoid putting email address in open text on forums or the spammers engines will find it and you'll get junk mail for ever. Disguise it somehow.
