Comment:

I am looking for a Windows 98SE CD with all the latest updates on it. I searched Microsoft's site and a popular auction site but did not find anything.

If not, is there a way to burn all the updates to a CD? 98SE was the best DOS Windows that ever lived. I already burned my legacy programs and I'd like to have the patches. I'm sure Microsoft won't host them on their site forever!

While I'm at it, is there a way to do the same for Office 2000?

Thanks!

Look here for savable files. Be aware that this site has downloads for all versions of Windows so be aware of what you DL. On the page I linked there is a link to Win98 downloads.

Up to a month or so ago you could get the lot as individuals.

Many are still on here. Note that this is not the normal Windows Update website. Persist with it (it seems to have got a bit reluctant lately).

There are some on here too:

Just wondered if you misplaced your reponse #3 into the wrong thread.

Maybe my brain is getting very slow (quite possible) but I don't see the connection with W98SE Updates.
