windows password

I dont know what my windows password is.
How can i find out?
Username: Testing...
My username and password has never been touched.
It was like this when I installed windows 98

Hi Thomas.
Go to registry(start, run, regedit)
Go to edit, find. Type in *.pwl
Pwl is the extension used for passwords. You will find the file in the explorer like window. IF you don't feel comfortable deleting the file, you should at least find the password, be able to log on with it and change/eliminate the settings.
