I have windows 98 and windows media player 7. Recently I bought a cd burner and it came with Nero software, intalled it all, then when i get on Windows Media Player then File>Copy to CD>(choose my playlist)>then it reads"No CD recording devices found on your system" How can i have WMP recognize that I have a CD burner?

Why don't you make directly a playlist to be burned with..... Nero?I'm not sure you can join WMP/NERO, but maybe it's possible...

The burner plug-in for WMP is actually an Adaptec (now Roxio) product. Other burner programs have to be written to recognise particular brands and models of burners, so I guess the same would apply to the plug-in. You should check the Microsoft site for an update which will recognise more recent burners.
