HI i'm building a computer for my moms birthday. She's never owned a computer before, and i'm guessing she's not going to be doing more on it then checking email and playing games on Yahoo.com Since i didn't want to spend money on paying for a copy of Win XP or using up my license (thats illeagle) i decided to use the copy of Windows ME which is not being used any more.
