Make sure that Client for Microsoft Networks is installed, and select it as your primary logon. Then do a search for *.pwl files and delete them. Restart the computer and at the logon screen select OK without entering a password. It won't ask you again.

if u are refering to windows asking for a password when u 1st boot, then try right clicking on the networking icon on your desktop. go to properties. make sure that under configuration primary network logon is set to windows logon, not client for microsoft networks. thats should get it to stop. hope that helped.

Sorry, my mistake, darnone is correct. Primary Logon should be set to Windows Logon.
